There were a lot of tabs that came close to sounding right but none of them were right. 
This one sounds perfect to me. Saw an interview with bryan and figured it out from that.

Pre-solo(i guess?) use the whammy bar in rhythm with how the song is

Solo:
You hold down the whammy bar and then put your finger on the fret and then bring the 
whammy bar back up for the first 3 notes.
The hammer ons are somewhere around 8-10  but i didnt feel like putting all of them, too lazy..

Then do the chorus again a few times and theres a couple palm mutes at the end i think 
but those are just open on the top three strings(correctme if im wrong)
