'THE BAND' comprised of Robbie Robertson (guitar), Richard Manuel (piano), Garth Hudson (organist), Rick Danko (bass), and drummer Levon Helm. The Band released their debut album 'Music From Big Pink' in 1968 and scored a hit with the song 'The Weight' from that release.
