bits missing or some chords changed for some others, so I was looking for a 
live recording where you can actually see him play the chords... and here 
they are, the CORRECTED CHORDS AFTER WATCHING THIS LIVE RECORDING:

And i put everything one step down to reach the higher notes easier :-)

There's one chord I can't name, that's why i called it "xxx". It goes:
