to figure out the strumming or I can sum it up for you in a really bad description.
You want to always keep your 3rd and 4th fingers on the last two strings (e and b) and when you play the
1st formation you want to pluck an open A string and then place that formation mapped below and pick
the A string again. After that you want to strum up the last three strings (e,B and G) and after that you 
want to strum those three strings again while plucking the A string. After you do that you want to mute the 
guitar or chuck it. For the next formation it is the same as the first, for the third formation you want to 
pluck the A string again and form that formation mapped below, then pluck the E string instead of the A.
Then do the same thing by plucking the bottom three strings and so on. For the 4th formation you want to
pluck the A string once more than form that formation and then pluck the D string, after that strum the three
bottom strings and then strum and pluck the D and bottom three strings together and after that mute or chuck.
This is extremely unclear, but you can always find a tutorial on youtube or watch the original.
