I use my thumb to hit the bass note continually, and my ring and middle fingers to do quick strums of some of the middle strings (it's not precise). I'll indicate with an "x" when the bass note is slapped with the thumb (at leaat for the first verse, because it's an essenstial part of the way the song is played, and gives it that eerie sound it has.
