On the second time through the intro both guitar do a trill which is...
guitar 1:
On the '--0-2-3--' part trill the 2-3, so it's '--0-2h3p2h3p2h3--' then finish with the '--0-2-5-2--'
guitar 2:
On the '--0-7-8--' part trill the 7-8, so it's '--0-7h8p7h8p7h8--' then finish with the '--0-7-10-7--'
Single guitar:
Same as the guitar one trill, but done on the C string rather than the F
