Okay this one is a bit hot off the press. The song has just been released online. The
guitar on the song is way more complex than the bass - there are more guitar parts alone
than bass parts and there are a lot of parts were the guitar plays by itself. This tab 
is what i hear from the recording - it may be a bit more complex than this and there may be
a few mistakes here and there but it sounds pretty good to me. The song is in standard 
tuning. Enjoy it, it's a good'un!

Intro and Verse

The guitar and bass are mirrored here. The bass comes in after the guitar in the intro.
When the vocals occur there is no bass so this is all that the bass plays:

Post-verse

I've called this the post-verse. The first bar is the lead in to the post verse with the
B note - that note is the only note i am not really sure about. The second bar is what
plays for most of the post-verse. You really need to hear the song to play this section 
as the timing and the length of notes are not noted here.

After this part it goes back to the intro/verse - there's a really soundgarden-esque
riff that plays between this part. After that riff a sort of discordant riff comes in while
Cornell repeats "i've been away for too long" - there is no bass in this part.

Then the bridge starts and the bass plays below ad infinitum:
