This is my first ASCII tab and I'm a little frustrated because it's almost
impossible to transcribe rhythm with ASCII characters. (and it's very long
to write too ;) So here's the chords and notes.
This piece was a bit tricky to transcribe because of the unusual jazzy chord
progression for a pop song (in fact it's a 1930s jazz song with a pop/soul
arrangement by Mama Cass and mates) and the open strings. The trickiest part
was definitely the G#6/G6 measure with the anticipated G6 chord, really
confusing to transcribe. I think I'm pretty close to what is played on the
record.
Play it with a swing (triplet) feel. Note the open strings to facilitate
position changes. Use your thumb for G#6, G6, G#, G, F, Fm, F#m chords or use
barre chords if you prefer. This is a great song and if you're reading this
you must like it too. Now the big stuff:

You can add a 6th to the F & Fm chords (F6, Fm6); it goes great
with the melody. You can also play G#7 and G7 instead of G#6, G6, G#, G.

In measure 7 of verse 2, C two beats, G# one beat, G one beat.

The bridge is based on a classic jazz I-vi-ii-V progression in the key of A
(A-F#m-Bm-E7). Guitar chords are nearly impossible to hear in the recording,
so voicings are just suggestions.
You can add a 7th to minor chords (F#m7, Bm7).
